While considering systems like Notion Kanban Board to enhance human resources and project management, we have decided that Swit, which combines messenger and project management features, would be more suitable than our current messenger, Slack.
We began with a one-week pilot implementation starting from 2024/06/12 with the Quant Team, gathering feedback and refining the system.
The goal is to fully implement Swit for all existing employees before the mid-2024 arrival of new hires.
