This document is the Swit 'Project' Guideline for the Product Team.
For smooth work management and efficiency enhancement, the entire product team is asked to understand the content and actively cooperate.
Thereβs a lot inside the guide but no worries you only have to follow this in βNextonβ project & the PM will also take care of almost everything π </aside>
1. The administrator (PM) duplicates the existing 'Product Team Guidelines' template.
- Management, and administrator members are included in the newly created project.
2. After the basic settings, invite the person in charge.

- [ ] Set project name
- English project name / First letter capitalized
- ex. Nexton
- [ ] Write description
- [ ] Check member list
- [ ] Invite person in charge (participating developers)
